Player Notes Report

I'd like to make 2 reports one on the players I have made notes on,and one on the players I've added as a buddy.How do I filter for player with notes and for the other report how do I filter for buddies??

Have a look at the Tutorial: Marking Hands for Review - this explains how to make a report to filter to players with notes. (marked hands are just hands with a note)

You can't filter for Buddies in the same way, though, since buddy info isn't saved in the databse.
I think you'd need to add the Buddy stat to your report and sort by that column to see all your buddies together at the start of the list.

Hi, so that didn't work it just brought up all the hands I'd marked for review but not players I'd made notes on (I'd made notes from the HUD when playing & also from the general tab in PT3)?????

Sorry - that report is for notes on hands, not on players.
For players with notes create your report in the Holdem Cash Player Statistics and add a custom filter of just "flg_note".

There is no notes in holdem cash player statistics, the only notes are in holdem cash hands and holdem cash session. I can't seem to work it out! I went to holdem cash hands all stats>notes double clicked to add to report stats, then i put players name, then i clicked on filter>insert>statistics>notes>ok. added it to filter expressions pressed save, then tried to add an operator- greater than or equal to 1,saved "expression is not valid". OK Start again... new report, Holdem Cash Hands, named report, all stats>player added, notes added to report stats, filter>insert>columns>flg_notes>ok>unchecked 'filter on active player', save>validate,"expression is valid">ok. run report....brings up everyone in my database..I dont have notes on everyone! What am I doing wrong???? I also checked 'filter on active player' and it only brought up my name. Can you pretend I'm a 5 year old and give me step by step instructions...please!

Assuming they are all hands you played, you should leave 'filter to active player' ticked.

I never said I made notes on hands...my original question asked for a report on players I had made notes on not hands I'd made notes on! You have even quoted me saying I want a report on players I've made notes on! one of us is smoking to much crack and it's not me. The way you are suggesting to make this report is not working I give up!

To view players with notes create a report in the Holdem Cash Player Statistics section and add a custom filter for:
flg_note

Attached is a very simple report with this filter applied.
Extract the file from the zip and import it on the Reports tab.

Can you tell me how to do the same in Tournament play? Can you add a zip file too?

I don't know why flg_note works for cash but not tournaments. In tournaments you need to add "player.flg_note" as the filter.
Otherwise it's exactly the same.
