Latest beta - no pop-ups?

Using your layout file I do get pop-ups with v3.04.7. (As an aside the new default popup is much better and you might want to check it out.)

Please attach log files showing your problem so that we can troubleshoot why this is happening on your computer.

It seems that with the recent beta, the autoimport for Microgaming sites doesn't work anymore. At least not for me. I have to stop auto import and restart it. Then it imports all the hands that were played in the meantime and displays a HUD reflecting these stats. But new hands aren't being imported. I have to stop and start auto-import again to get the new batch of hands. Rinse and repeat. Is this a known issue?

I don't see any issue like that in our bug tracker - have you tried using the Clear Databases Now button on the Microgaming Configuration tab?

I am having the same problem. My hud popups don't work at all which makes it impossible to use pretty much. My results/graph is not lining up drastically as well.

I am still having this problem as well. Was there a fix that has been found?

What exact problem are you having?
If the HUD popups aren't working you may have accidentally unlinked them from the on-table group. See the Tutorial: Managing HUD Groups for how to re-link them.

I'm still having the problem too, I just downgraded hoping a fix would be in the future. I'm using cash hud inspired by HEM by user petter_1 found on the PT site repository. The popups do not work both on my MAC side and my windows side. I also cannot add an alias as it is saying "You cannot add an alias for a player you have played against in a tournament" or something like this and obviously I've never played against myself in a tournament especially since its across two sites.

We've seen this in a few rare cases but I don't yet know what causes it. If you create a new database and re-import your hands then you should be able to set up your alias.

Okay, just re-updated to the latest beta and the problem is still there. Any help would be nice!
