Import hands to my laptop. Not working after 2010.11.24

My last 40 000 hands that I played after november 24th is missing.

I copied the processed folder. Then in PT3 I manually importem the hands.

Did full tilt make smoe update to their system around taht time or is the problem within my computer?

The last Full Tilt update allows you to change the timezone, but PT3 wasn't expecting the new information so hands would not import if you changed the timezone.
Beta 3.09 fixes this issue so if you update you should be able to import the hands.

I updated to the beta version of PT3 but the same 40k hands are still missing after importing the same hands once more.
It is SNGs I am talking about if that makes a difference.

It shouldn't - could you zip those hands up and attach them to a support ticket? We'll be able to investigate more easily then.

But I just discovered the error is on my side.
There was some error message when transering the HH to my USB disk. Apparantly it did not allow me to copy over the newer hand historys...

However the same problem occurs on all my USB memorys.
No HH after the 24th november are allowed to be copied.

Any chance you know how to solve this. Is PT3 somehow using those HH or are my computer just crazy?
At the moment I am restarting the comp incase PT3 somehow interfered.
Also trying to zip it and see if that works better.

PT3 does not lock any files and you should be able to copy them without a problem on PT3's end. Have you tried closing your poker client? It's possible they could have a lock on the file.

I got it to work when zipping the folder before copying it.
