Ok done. Support ticket is in with the 4 HH files containing the 29 hands. In the "Rake" column in the "Sessions" tab I see $1.15 rake paid. Under "Rake" in "Session" in HEM I see $3.17 rake paid. Hope this helps.

That's great - thanks. If you didn't include a link to this thread in your ticket please do, or post the ticket number here and I'll sort it out.

So it probably is a contributed calculation I'm looking at on HEM and it's much higher lately because I've been getting creamed since September...which also explains why I'm so grumpy. Thanks for checking this out.

Thanks for taking the time to give us all of these examples. I think most of the time errors like this persist just because we don't get enough actionable reports on the errors.

eryan-

instead of beefing with the PT3 guys about the cereus HH problem, why aren't you reporting the problem to cereus that they are writing crappy HH files?

Well because the error message provided said "invalid pot size" which was misleading. I didn't write the software so I have no way to know that seating list can cause this error. I made this thread...now we know. Also since HEM had no problems I assume it's an easy fix. I admit I came across confrontational a bit, but HEM does always seem to be right on top of all these little things and my guard was up from the CAKE issues last year.

I for one don't want my HH getting "fixed" when it involves creating new stack info and what not. If it was PT doing a workaround for something silly in a format or what not than I am all for it. But I def don't want gameplay data messed with.

THat's why I tossed it back to you....
