hi white rider (sry for using ur topic leroy) im havind like the same problem, im on the trial version, i also tried out HEM but it took me a wile to figure it out n didnt have enough hands 2 make it do anything for me, i got enough hands by now i think but i cant figure out how to log on to the database... ive been reading the start guide etc but my english isnt that great and im not rly good with computer so id like to ask any of u guys to help me set up this database thingy, since it alrdy gives me i think the standard server etc but it isnt connecting to it server : localhost / database user postgres / port 5432 / password dbpass... when i try to connect it says: unable to connect to this server. Please check the configuration, then i cancel it and it says PT3 cannot run without PSQ***... i tried my best to make it work but i cant figure it out, i rly need help..

If you previously used HEM then the password is probably "postgrespass". Does that let you connect?

not able to find my hand history, when i go there myself all my hands are there, if i want to import them (step2) the file is empty :S what to do??

I'm not sure exactly what you are saying. Did you find the hand histories but they wouldn't import? Or did you not find the hand history files?

If you didn't have your poker site configured to save hand histories then there won't be any yet. You should be able to request your previous hands from your site's support and then you can Manual Import them.

Any files that are in the hand history folders already should be found and imported by the Setup Wizard which runs when you first launch PT3 (or via File > Setup Wizard).

Hand histories need to be in English - if the hand histories are in another language then they will not import. You need to have your poker site installed in English.

There are site configuration guides in the Documentation if you need help configuring your site to save hands, or finding where the files are saved.

man... like i said im not very handy with computer it goes to ur full tilt acc to look for ur hands... so it goes to Kevz-VR6 n when u open it it says its empty but u should just click on the folder, and it automaticly finds ur hands, i hope u understand me now, but it was my bad, so im good now, i think well... its working so thanks m8

I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR 3 DAYS TO GET POKER TRACKER TO RUN. i FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT YOU GAVE IN THE START UP AND OVERVIEW. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET THE TUNAMENT STATS I SAVED.I THOUGHT IT WAS TO A FOLDER IN Y DOCUMENTS. I ALSO DON'T KNOW HOW TO SET UP HUD TO SHOW ME PLAYER STATS WHILE I PLAY. I AM DOING THE 60 DAY TRIAL AND THINK THAT POKER TRACKER WILL BE A GREAT HELP TO ME IF I CAN FIGURE OUT HOW TO USE IT. I AM NOT VERY GOOD WITH SETTING UP PROGRAMS ON THE COMPUTER. I WOULD BE WILLING TO PURCHASE POKER TRACKER IF I COULD GET IT SET UP AND TRY ALL ITS FEATURES. IF YOU WANT TO SELL THE PRODUCT PLEASE HELP ME. THANK YOU. LARRY CRACHY. Please follow the Configuration Guide for your site in the Documentation - copying hand history files to a folder is not enough: PT3 needs to import them.
Check the FAQ: Importing to PT3 too, if you still can't get hands to import.

Once hands are importing the HUD should appear automatically, but if not check the FAQ: PT3 HUD too.

We do not have a support email address - you would need to create a Support ticket. If you created a ticket you can check for replies in Support > My Tickets in the Side Navigation bar. If you have an unanswered ticket please post the number here and I'll chase it up for you.
