HUD never returns after table change on Poker770!!

im frustrated

i had evaluation version and it went ok, with no bugs.

and then i bought it, and downloaded the latest version, and hud is ok untill the point tournament switches table. and then i wait for hud to appear and wait...

and it does not show. i have to stop site import and all and run it again so i could have stats again for new table

what is going on, for gods sake!?

im playing on ipoker, poker770 btw
i even downloaded the version before the latest one,and its the same.

i cant believe that i have problems immediately after the purchase..
i wrote to the support but nobody answers for like few days...

Please note that PT2 is no longer for sale or being updated.
Are you using PT3?

iPoker do not write the new table number to their hand history files when you are moved, so PT3 does not know what window it is looking for.
If you close and re-open the table window or stop/start the auto import it should force a new hand history file to be started and then the new table number will be written and PT3 will be able to find the correct window.
