PT 3 White Screen/ Freeze (housekeeping imppossible)

Ok. Started to play now: The HUD doesn't show Stats. But the PT-Button/symobl is there. Mucked are cards are also displayed. My PT3-Version ist v3.10

Try upgrading to the latest beta version and see if that helps. Quite a bit has been fixed since 3.10.

Did the upgrade, got v3.11.2 beta. Still the same problems. When I start Auto Import i get the message:

"The Hud is not finding any information on the players at your table. There are several possible causes for this:
1.
The players may not have enough hands in your database. See the 'Minimum Hands Required' setting in the Hud Options.
2.
The players may not have enough hands in the current player range. See the 'Player Ranges' setting in the Hud Options.
3.
The Hud may be configured to only read from databases that currently aren't being imported into."

My setttings:
1.
min. hands required:1 , Stats from last o hands

2.
2/2, 7/10, 3/6, 4/4

3.
Don't know where to look this one up, but I didn't change it

If you didn't change anything it's unlikely to be the wrong database selected but you configure that in the HUD Options.
Untick all databases to have it use the ones being imported into.

Please enable logging and restart PT3. Play a few hands at a single table and attach the PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files to a Support ticket along with the hand history file for the session and a screenshot of the table so that we can investigate.

These are not valid player ranges since 4-4 overlaps with 3-6. You should definitely delete the 4-4 entry.

Thhx, I didn't have the 2/2 in the first place though, just changed it when I looked the ranges up cause I thought it would be nice to have the Bubble stats. Deleted the 3/6 now and added 3/3 & 5/6.
