Unable to contact the registration

I have had PokerTracker for a couple of years. Never had problems. The last week i get this error message when I try to open PT:
"PokerTracker was unable to contact the registration server to confirm the activation of your product."

I have the same PC for the last 5 month and haven't done any changes to the system. I have also tried to use my registration number but get the same error message.
Nothing helps? What to do?

Did you update your security software (or did it update itself)? Problems connecting to the registration server are often caused by a firewall so please check our Firewall Guide and make sure that PT3 is allowed full access.

Since a couple of days I have the same issues connecting to the server. I didn't made any changes to the system, so I don't know, where it comes from. Any ideas, please?

I never have installed any security software when this is a clean poker PC. I have turned of the firewall but still the same error message appear.

In that case please start PT3 using the "Logging Enabled" launcher from the Start menu and attach your PokerTracker.log file to a Support ticket so that we can see what is going on.

Hi -

Try it again and let me know if it doesn't work. I suspect the non-English characters in your name could've been causing the registration server trouble but I corrected that and it should be ok now.

Hello, I think I might have the exact same problem than Roolender since I haven't been able to connect to the registration server either since a few weeks and I have a non-english character in my name ( é ).
