sorry my english is bad
i dont have pokertracker logged enabled
i dont know the version because the application cant start even in trial mode
i dont change my firewall
it works the 24th sept

Are you on a Mac? What version of PT3 are you using? (It should still say when PT3 start up.)

i have the message : critical error pokertracker was unable to contact the registration server ... please contact support
