HUD Not Starting

Try rebooting and then running the installer. If that doesn't work drag PokerTracker from Applications to the Trash and then run the installer.

Make certain PokerStars is still running as Administrator - sometimes when they run updates that property can be lost.

Just confirming this did fix the issue with the most recent PS update.

Where I can check this?

Close PokerStars and then open it by right clicking the icon and clicking Run as Administrator and see if things work better for you then.

I've downloaded and installed the v3.11.7, then restarted the computer.

I've checked my firewall, and restarted again.

I've opened the PT3 and the HUD still doesn't work!!!

What else can I do??

I have downloaded the new version and my Hud now works but will only start working after I have played a few hands. Is this something new? It used to show players stats if I just watched the table but now I have to play in order for the Hud to appear.

The PokerStars change also affected the memory grabber so observed hands are no longer being imported and the HUD won't appear until the first played hand is imported. We will have a fix out for this soon.
