Resetting up on new computer and I'm not showing up???

Hi guys,
I'm resetting up on new computer and I'm not showing up. By that I mean I've bought a new computer, downloaded PT3, started a new database, I've played a 100 or so of hands and my stats are not showing on the HUD or in the database.
I would go into the database "settings" and set myself as me but my name is not there. My opponents names are though. I'm sure I'm just doing something wrong. It's been 4 years or so since I last had to do this so sorry if the answer is obvious but I can't seem to work it out.

Please help .

Are you playing at PokerStars with the Memory Grabber option enabled? It's possible that you don't have things configured to read the hand history files correct so are only getting the few observed hands we're allowed to import. Please check the PokerStars Configuration Guide to make sure you have things set up correctly.
In some rare cases we do see the hero not recognized correctly at first run, so if you still see this and you have everything set up correctly try creating a new database and see if your name appears when you import your hands there.
