Table Tracker(Trial) - Not working - Pokerstars

OK, So Ive still not had any luck and now I'm getting a different messages saying "unable to locate table opener library & unable to launch site C:\Programme Files\PokerStars/PokerStars.exe"

What's going on with it?

I haven't had 1 succesful table launch from this and Ive used 20 searches so far.

The first message sounds like the if1.enc file is missing.
Is the Launch Site button working?

Please enable logging and restart PT3 then try another search and Launch Site then Open Table, and then attach the PokerTracker.log file to a Support ticket so that we can see the exact errors. If you need more searches to test this we should be able to extend the trial a little via your ticket.

OK, so I finally got it working. Thanks for everybodys help. It's much appreciated

I got it working with one search left so is there any chance that I could have my other 24 searches back so that I can test this out properly before deciding if I'm going to purchase it?

Does it now say 3.11.6 in the title bar of PT3?
You need to have PT3 and all your poker sites closed down when you install the update, and when you copy Derek's file. Please try rebooting and then downloading the file and copying it to the appropriate folder again.

Hi, I have the same problem but I can't access the link http://www.PokerTracker.com/misc/IF1.enc. I have received the message below:

"Page cannot be Found". Could you please help me ?

I assume that is related to the website update - I will make sure that our site administrator sees this so that we can get that link sorted ASAP, but in the meantime I have attached the file here (you will need to copy it from the zip archive to the relevant folder).

I changed the file and it still dont work ( as well as taken away the filters)

Some added info:
I have Pokerstars.eu and it says at import, "cant find pokerstars", so I addad the directory myself
and that works fine with HUD.

Could this create some problem? What should I do?

(PT3 with TT subscription)

You may need to manually set the directory to the PokerStars executable. On the TableTracker tab click the Configure button on the bottom left and choose PokerStars from the Launch Settings drop down and make sure the executable for PokerStars.eu is listed - if it isn't click Add and add it and that should get things working for you.

Have added Pokerstars.eu manually , change the file,tried 12,1 and the beta 13,5 and no filters
and still cant launch the site from TT or open tables when I opened
Pokerstars regulary.

Suggestions?
