Hi guys,

new issue here. The path in the new merge software looks fine. However I cannot update my PT3 for some reason. I follow the download link, install the software, everything seems fine until I reopen PT3 and nothing happened at all. Same previous Version asking me to download .7 again. Mine is stuck at the .5 MAC version.

Close PT3 completely, re-run the installer and try opening PT3 from the Applications folder, not any link on your dock or on the desktop. Sometimes those links can get stuck - if so, then just delete the link on your dock and re-pin the correct version and do the same for the desktop (delete the link, create a new one).

I play on bcp. For some tables the HUD won't appear but others it will. Anyone else with this problem? How do I fix this?

Is there anything special about those tables the HUD won't appear on? Are you using our latest beta version (3.13.7)?

No nothing special with the table and yes I am using the latest beta version. I am running mac 10.6 if that helps

Please enable logging and restart PT3. Play as few tables as possible to reproduce the problem then attach the PokerTracker.log file to a Support Ticket along with a screenshot of the table window and the hand history file for the session so that we can see what is going on.
