PT3 problems

Hey guys,

Im brand new to PT apart from a trial a while back. Just bought the full version yesterday and im experiencing a few problems. Im sure its something ive messed up but hope somebody can help.

Firstly, the hand sare not importing properly. It tends to import the first 2-5 and then stop or not start for certain players at the table.

Secondly, I have set the seat position to 5 on a 9 player table, for some reason they are still jumbled.. not even in a circular order, they can sometimes be to the left or the right of where they should be and on top of each other.

My final (hopefully) problem is with zoom, now of course my first concern is sorting out the normal ring games but id like to have a HUD when playing zoom. I followed the steps suggested on this site and no luck at all.

Is all of your play at PokerStars? If so, please make sure that PokerStars is set to save hand histories and PT3 is set to import them as explained in the PokerStars Configuration Guide.

Regarding the stat locations, please see the section on preferred seating in that guide, it will walk you through what is needed to get things working properly.

Please double check that you are following the Zoom steps in that link and that you are running our latest beta version (3.13.7) NOT the latest stable version (3.12.1) as only the 3.13 line has Zoom support.
