Are your tournament summaries saving and importing properly?

Not sure how to answer that.

Yes - PT4 recognizes the tourneys, SNG, and Satellites that I enter (even FPP tounreys are labeled as $0.00 entry).

No - It didn't register the $5 addon today in the $109 MTT rebuy satellites for $5.50 entry fee ( I had no rebuys). I won the satellite but I was placed 12th according to PT4, even tho the bubble was 14th place.

My guess is that it happens more frequently then I notice it, but it depends on the previous tourneys and how many tourneys I have on the go presently (affects lag / response of Stars). It's definitely more noticable when it is processing 10-20 K players in the import menu on a Sunday.

What i will try to do is keep my PT4 on the import menu and just watch what happens every time I log into Stars and do spot checks on my username summaries folder.

Will post if anything comes up.

Please attach the hand history and summary files for that tournament to a Support Ticket with a link to that post so that we can see why your addon and prize weren't detected.
Thanks.

kraada and whiterider did you see my post on previous page? pt4 is very difficult to use at the moment as I keep having to stop and restart the import to stop pt4 chewing up all my resources and making the computer too slow to use.

What kinds of games do you play? Does this happen even if you leave PT4 importing but haven't imported any data?

I play omaha. Yes it does also seem to occur if I leave the computer and come back to it. As you see from the screenshot in the i/o column, there is 3mb/s of data being transferred for some reason when it does the high consumption.

Please send us a copy of the PokerTracker4.log file (you can find it by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window) after one of these periods of high usage after leaving things inactive. That will help us narrow down what things might be involved.

I accidently caught the problem without having Pokerstars client running yet. i just wanted to try out some PT4 features on Stars and first started PT4. I have been watching the import and it started to import Stars summaries and HH from this afternoon.

This can be a real problem if you played in major tourneys where it is processing 10 -20 K players; kills your Stars client (not responding).

Here are the images of the imports at evening, and the PT4 results with time stamp completed during the day:

Edit: How do I upload Images or do they have to be on my blog with a url address?

I posted the images on my blog and you can tell me how to post them here so I can take them off.

After i finished playing about 16 mixed games, I shut PT4 and stars down. Restarted PT4 and import was empty.

I uploaded new images to blog

I shut down PT4 and my cpu is at 61 % CPU usage, fan cooling hard, and the explore.exe *32 using up all 61 %. This is not normal.

Shut down internet explorer on windows 7 and instantly CPU drops to 5 % and fan backs off in speed. Restart internet explorer and things getting back to normal, laptop was heating up.

iexplore.exe *32 at 3-5 %

New PT4 community option clashing with internet explorer?
