Why have pokertracker taken amounts of over £10 ($14.99) from my account the last two months?

That is most likely for your TableTracker subscription which you opted to add to your PokerTracker purchase when you were buying it. You can cancel your TableTracker subscription here.

Thank you kraada, however these are the first two times I have been charged for tabletracker, and tabletracker has not worked for me since the trial ended over a year ago. Where can I put in an official complaint and apply for a refund?

Having checked my historic statements the only other payment that has been taken by yourselves was on the 17th March 2011.
