Positional Popups - Cant find em

Sorry this seems so basic and yet I cant figure it out. How do I access the positional popups while in play.
Ive modified my profile and can manage all that but cant figure out the popups

To access a popup group you click on the 'on-table' group (or stat) which the popup is linked to.
If you add a new popup you need to link it to an on-table group or stat so that it can be triggered.
To do that, select the on-table group you want to link the popup to and use the Assign Popups to link your new popup. See this tutorial.
To link a popup to a specific stat select the stat and use the "Popup" property.
