Are any players from those other sites in the list at all?

Could you please try running the conversion again and letting me know if there are errors? You can access the conversion utility via Tools -> Setup Assistant and clicking on the Convert PT3 Database button. If you start PT4 with the Logging Enabled link on your Start menu and send us the PokerTracker4.log file with errors that would be a big help in narrowing down what is going on here - especially since we haven't had anybody else report behavior like this. You can find that file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window after the conversion is complete (or, if you get a ton of errors, after you stop it).

It looks like the problem here might be "ERROR: Fatal Exception: Unreadable file chunk". Around exactly the amount of hands that i'm seeing in the db (100k), it gives that error. I've sent you my PokerTracker4.log in a support ticket.

Hi, any news? Not looking for a timeframe, just for a sign of life, since i've been without poker for a week now because of updating to PT4. Awful timing too with all the promotions, i probably should have waited for a better time!

BTW, PT4 is in my start menu now, so at least that was a false alarm. Perhaps it only appears/appeared after a reboot.

Are the errors below a dealbreaker for 9.1.4? I keep getting them over and over, though hands *are* still importing.

Yes. The 9.1.x line is known to have problems - we do not support it at this time because of these problems and strongly recommend not using it. The latest 8.3, 8.4 and 9.0 all work properly.
