NOT (Hands Went to Showdown) is in my active filters, but the loading takes ages and nothing happens?

That filter works OK for me, although you probably want the player went to showdown filter rather than the hand went to showdown, which is under Actions and Opportunities > River > Saw Showdown.

If it doesn't work for you please enable logging and restart then run the report with the filter again (let it populate for 15 minutes or so just in case) and attach the PokerTracker4.log to a Support Ticket so that we can see what is wrong.

cheers your suggestion worked.

I got to say the filters are counter intuitive compared with the competition.
For example the position filters ... when I selected position excatly 2, I got utg and mp selected, but it should be just MP right ?

Is there an 3bet vs utg
and 3bet vs MP stat now?

also good work with the filter for stacksizes.
It would be good to filter for effective stack size as well, if possible?

So if I play 40bb and a 100bb stack 3bets me, I only get the 3bet percentage he had against 40bb stacks ... you get me anyways :D

You can be UTG (first to act) from any position off the button, depending on the number of players in the hand. The filter for position exactly 2 will return all hands where you were 2 off the button regardless of whether you were first to act or not.

You can filter for effective stack sizes in the Hand Details > Pot Size & Stack Depth > {appropriate street} section. Note that the effective stack is taken at the point of the player's first action on that street and is the player's own stack size if someone else is deeper or the second highest stack if the player is deepest.
