PT4 won't move processed sng tournament files

My Directory was PokerTracker 4\Processed. I made a new Folder and changed in PT4's settings - no luck, the new Folder stayed empty.
I tried closing Pokerstars before i stopped Import aswell.

When you have too many files 'get hands while playing' won't read them, and therefore won't move them.
Please run the Setup Assistant from the Tools menu and go through the site configuration option for your site, which will import all the existing files and move them to "Processed".
From then on the files should be moved when you stop importing.
