OK, we will do the log file, etc, but for right now, is it safe to downgrade to 4.02.01, as asked by Trylobit?

A quick look at the release notes for 4.0.4 wil show many changes to stat calculations, I do not advise downgrading at this time, we cannot be held accountable if downgrading causes damage to your database. When damage occurs it is usually not immediately noticeable, but if you insist on downgrading then the safest route would be to create a new database during this transition phase. As I said above, there are only a few of you who have this symptom, we need more time and information so we can investigate why it is happening to only a select few, hopefully we will have some answers within the next 24 to 72 hours. .

The week-end is the better time I make money. So I have to downgrade. I can't imagine playing my opponents without my stats and notes.

EDIT: Ok, I'm back to 4.02.01, it works. Seems to be good. Now I'm wating for a stable upgrade.

I play in a VM, so I took my Backup and play now with the last stable 4.02. I would like to ask, if this prob happens as well, when I restarted my PC/VM after installing the 4.04 update instead of starting PT directly after the update?

We need your help debugging this issue, both of the logs we received so far show an error with a live stat, but we do not know what that stat is. It could be a custom stat or a built in stat, and we don't know if it is a stat aded by default in PT4, or if this stat was added by the users - we need more information. To help us debug, please do the following:

1) If you already submitted a ticket with your logs, then we need one more thing from you. Please export your HUD profile and attach it to a support ticket, post the ticket number in this thread. We need to look at the HUD profile to determine which stat may be causing the issue. If you have not attached your logs to a ticket, then we need you to do this now please, we cannot help solve this problem without the logs, the quicker we have this info, the quicker we can help fix the problem. 2) Please switch to any other HUD profile default in PokerTracker 4, it must use a default HUD profile, unaltered with no customizations. Let us know if the problem stops when you make this change.
