You don't need to apologize, we understand, but be aware that in your case the evidence so far points to a problem between your HUD and your database, not PokerTracker. We cannot solve your specific issue without your cooperation, but thats ok, it is purely up to you.

It should work if you follow the instructions precisely, you must start with a new database and reset the default HUD to make sure any accidental modifications are removed from the profile. There are only a small number of people who have reported this issue, so far each log we receive points to the same source - their HUD profile.
