Not including new sessions on speed poker

Hello, my poker tracker 4 is not including a new session when i play speed poker, its including in another old session the new hands what can i do?

A new session should be started after a 30 minute gap - are your sessions further apart than that?
If so, please compress the hand history files and attach them to a Support Ticket so that we can investigate.
