Some hands not recorded in pokerstars

Hi,

It s been several times now that some of my hands at not recorded by pokertracker (i play on pokerstars)

Those hands are most often when i am all in.

some of you have the same problem?

I have not heard anybody else report a similar problem. Are you getting any errors in PT when this happens? What version of PT are you currently using?

i use Pokertracker 4.04.1

no i dont have any error.

I did nt identify the problem precisaly but, i dont think that the problem come form pokerstars. what i have to do is to find a precise not recorded handsand see where is the problem, but it s not easy to find it.

what i am doing right now is that i ask pokerstar to give all my hand of the day (or more), then i import them in Pt that solve the problem for unrecorded hands.

i also tryed to keep the hand history in the pokerstars folder instead of moving them in the Pt folder, but that did nt solve the problem.

it s very anoying because my stats are not accurate...

Please update to our latest beta version - 4.05.7. There have been literally hundreds of fixes since 4.04.1 and updating will most likely fix your problem for you. You can find 4.05.7 here.
