Hud on Pokerstars Zoom

Hi,

I am playing on Pokerstars.es.
I play mainly ring games 6max, and I don't have any problem with my Hud, it appears close to the player it refers.
But when I am playing Zoom, it looks like it appears at random places, sometimes close to the correct player, but most of the time it refers to a wrong player (sometimes to his right , or 2 to the left..).
My settings include a "preferred seat" on Pokerstars options (I have chosen the bottom right seat), and a preferred seat on PT4 (number 3).

What could I do to to solve that?

We have a known issue where not all player information is retrieved correctly from the PokerStars software for some Zoom hands, and this seems to happen more often in the version of the PokerStars software used in Spain and Italy.

A change was made in v4.05.6 Beta (released yesterday) which should improve things, but we can't play at these sites ourselves to test directly.
Are you still seeing this behaviour in 4.05.6?

I have the 4.05.7 beta version, and the problem remains the same.
The HUD's position looks like completely random, including my own data does not appear at the right place. To summarize it is impossible to play Zoom, using the HUD.

Please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears.

That will help us in investigating what is going on here for you.

On PokerStars.it with last version hud works well.

P.S. Sometimes with 2 table 1 table is OK, in the other sometimes hud is still confused.
