Both Raise and Call Options

When facing raises, wish to identify those situations where player had both opportunity, and means, to make a minimum reraise or call. Player going allin would not be sufficient to prove means.

Allins can not automatically be excluded since player can face a 2bet prior to coming up against an allin during a later betting round.

Want a stat like:
flag_p_3bet_def_opp_with_call_and_reraise_poss(ible)

Any guidance, particularly as regards means, will be appreciated.

Then just use flg_p_4bet_opp - if you are facing a 3bet and have a chance to raise or call you have a chance to 4bet. You can never have a chance to raise that is not also a chance to call.
