If you can connect to it and create a database you don't need to worry (it's possible you aren't showing processes from all users - but if you can connect to any database at all, it's clearly working).

hello, i have installed the lastest version of PostgreSQL 9.3 and i want to know if i will have problems with pt4?

PostgreSQL 9.2 is not supported and will not work with PT4. Last I checked, import failed completely.

exactly yesterday i was importing 85K hands from hm2 db and it failed at 33k hands got frozen.

I'm surprised it got that far - but nonetheless, it is not supported.
