(FIX) PokerStars Table Opening - April 19, 2013

Postby APerfect10 » Fri Apr 19, 2013 11:00 am

PokerStars released an update to their software which broke table opening in TableTracker. This will be fixed in the next release. Until then, you can do the following which will resolve the issue:

  1. With PokerTracker closed, open "My Computer" and browse to your PokerTracker 4/Data directory.
Note: In a default installation this is "C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerTracker 4\Data"

  2. Locate the file named "if1.enc" and delete it.

  3. Save the file linked below to the data directory from step 1:
    http://www.pokertracker.com/misc/if1.enc

  4. Start PokerTracker, launch PokerStars from within TableTracker and table opening should now work.

Best regards,

Derek

That is one of our trial restrictions - if you restart PT4 and restart getting hands while playing, you can see the HUD for another 30 minutes.

See here for the list of trial restrictions.

The fix worked for me!
There is just one thing. When I open a table over tabletracker it switches automaticly to "other/2-7 trippledraw" in Pokerstars. But the right table opens at No-Limit-Holdem. Before the fix it was the same but no table opened.

So it works, but this little bug may also be fixable. ;)

We'll definitely look into it - if you could please create a support ticket we'll make sure you get notified when a fix is available.

The bug somehow does not occure anymore.

I didn´t change nothing! I just started Pokertracker, then tabletracker and then launched Pokerstars with Tabletracker, today.

Now this bug doesn´t occure anymore. It does not switch to "other/2-7 Trippledraw" anymore. Strange but I´ll wait with the support ticket, until it occurs again!

Thanks for the response.

Updating did not help. Opens with an empty table. Watch video here: http://zagrebnev.com/video/PT4_2.mp4

Are you sure that you have the new file in place? That is the behaviour we were seeing before the fix.

Please try applying the fix one more time to make sure it is in place. If that does not resolve things for you, please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.
