New created notes don't appear in HUD

I've created some new auto notes. When I test the new note it seems working correctly. When I purge all my notes and run them again the new notes appear in the HUD. But that's the only way they'll appear. The notes don't appear automatically. How is that possible?

Notes are only added when the hands are processed - this is done as the hands are imported so if you add new notes they aren't automatically added to previous hands. You need to do exactly what you did - force it to reprocess the old hands by purging all notes.

The notes don't show up in the new hands... That's why I don't get what's going wrong

Did you set your note definition to Active? If it's not set to Active, no notes will be taken on it even if it exists in the configuration.

Yes, I've set the new notes to active

In that case, export the note definition and send it to us zipped up with a hand that you believe should trigger it via our support system and we'll investigate this further for you.
