There have been many replies to your ticket since it was originally created. As you yourself said, we have eliminated most of the simpler causes now and we must do deeper investigations. That unfortunately does take time.

I hope it doesn't take much time, as for example ticket 111868 it took almost two years,at the moment this issue is present in PT4, but you do not care, as well as the fact that HM2 imports hands three times faster (me have quick computer and SSD disk)

it is normal that the update cache for 160к hands of a zoom lasts 50 minute, and for 160к hands NL_6max last only 20 minute, and whether it can be connected with that further the statistics on a zoom tables is loaded quicker

I'm not exactly certain what you're asking - once the cache is up to date, everything should function with optimum efficiency.

I have two base A and base B, in base A 160000 hands only Zoom poker and full update cashe goes 50 minutes, in base B 160000 hands only usual tables (not zoom hands) and full update cashe goes 20 minutes, why such big difference on time between two bases with identical number of hands ??

The Zoom database will have many more separate players in it so the cache will be more complex.

if you mean number of players, it in both bases is identical (tab Summary)

well so you can tell on it? whether it is possible that longer process an update cache in a zoom influences what the statistics on tables of a zoom is loaded quicker, than on usual tables?
