Unable To Login To Database (Postgres)

??? How I can this be possible? I have Postgres 9.0 installed. I was using Poker Tracker successfully until I upgraded to the latest patch 1.09.1
I haven't uninstalled Postgres so surely it is still installed. I assume that Poker Tracker has somehow corrupted the postgres database?
Do I assume that I now have to uninstall Postgres and then reinstall it?

PT4 updates do not affect PostgreSQL installations. If there is no folder for it on your system, and it's not running then it needs to be installed. I don't know why it's no longer running on your system but there's no evidence of it being installed, and if it is already installed, re-running the installer won't cause problems, so it can't possibly hurt.

Still having huge problems with this despite following all of the instructions laid out in the terminal doc you posted afew replies ago... Would it be possible to do a share screen with one of your engineers ?
