Note tracker Notes not working

I have created a note to adjust the ranges note tracker takes. I can't do much with 5-15bb shoving ranges so I made a note for 10-14bb, 7-9.99bb etc etc.

My notes never show up in the test, they are active and all their paremeters appear to be the same.

I wanted to attach my note file, but I can't. My note is the same as open shove all-in utg-hj but it is just for positions between 6-7 and for stacks with 7-9.9 bb. This note should get taken during my tests but does not. Can anyone help with this?

Since there are 8 players in that hand there isn't a position 6 or 7. 8-handed positions are 8 & 9 for the blinds (as always) and 0 to 5 for the other 6 players, starting from the button and increasing anti-clockwise.

Great so if I change my note and have positions 4-5 than it will work... Will make that note, try it and post results, thanks for help!

Also is there anyway to run all my new notes through my already processed hands, I haven't had any of my new notes that have worked in testing pop up on players I have thousands of hands on. I pressed run on note tracker for tourneys while I'm not playing over night a couple of times. No luck though.

NoteTracker runs automatically on hands you've imported while playing. If the hands were previously processed and you want them to be processed again, you need to purge the NoteTracker notes by going to Tools -> NoteTracker -> Status and choosing to purge all notes. Then when you start getting hands while playing (or click Run), NoteTracker will reprocess all hands that qualify with all active note definitions.

Perfect I just didn't purge the old notes, you guys have been incredibly helpful as always. Love the product the support is unbelievable.
