We are going to continue working on this issue, in the meantime please edit your PokerTracker.cfg file with any text editor and in the section:
[General]

add the line:
Community=N

If you don't see that section, add it in the bottom so it would look like:
[General]
Community=N

Then save the file and restart PT4 and that should get everything working for you until we can release 4.10.3. You can find the PokerTracker.cfg file in PT4 by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder and going into Config.

Edit: Fixed the flag.

yes, the browsers are fine, PT crashes, I will check adobe not sure what else it could be.

We're working on it. Definitely follow the steps above (note that I edited the post) and that should eliminate the crashing (by disabling the Community related features).

In a more click by click way:
Open PT4 and click File -> Open User Data Folder. Double click the Config folder. There's a text file called PokerTracker.cfg (it may show up as a CFG type file called PokerTracker), right click on it and open it with Notepad or Wordpad. There should be a section called [General] -- where that text appears on its own line. Right under that add the text:
Community=N

Then click File -> Save, close the text file and close and reopen PT4.

I followed your directions and it still does not work. When I restarted PT and had it running I then tried to open my browser and it dropped a "fatal error" on me and immediately shut down

Then please create a support ticket requesting remote assistance and we will get a technician to work with you and try to get as much information as possible for our developers so that they can get this fixed.

I had the same problem, going to old version 4.9.x, disabling community, and then upgrading to 4.10.2 worked. Time to explore! Have not tried opening closing browsers, dont want to risk it yet :P

Upgrade all the way to 4.10.4 -- there are more fixes there for these kinds of crashes.
