Not all hands being imported... graphs and results different

Hey guys,
i been having alot of problems with PT4 recently.. becoming very frustrating!!

My hands aren't being imported properly.. it only imports some hands and for some reason doesn't import any others. End of my session it says i'm in the red (negative earnings), but my BR has gone up.. i check graph for today and it says my cnet is up by 150bb.. and highest during this session was at 500bb, which is untrue. I didn't once go above 300bb. Another thing, in todays session it says i played 800 hands, but in graph says i played 1.6k... :/

This is becoming incredibly frustraing.. how can i fix this?
i'd really appreciate help. Thank you

PS: On import status, where it says number of hands imported and duplicates.. the duplicates is at 1k+ for some reason. Only just started happening..

What site do you play at?
Did you get any errors during the import?

no i did not get any errors of duplication.. i just noticed that there were duplicates being registered. I play on pokerstars. First time this has happened

Another thing, when i start PT up it says there are hands hat i have played which exceed the stake level on this version.

That's again false. I have not played anythng above 25nl.. let alone 10nl. I've looked at the link you posted above, and none of that helps me at the moment. Problem still persists

Let it finish going through all of the duplicates it may have and make sure PokerStars is closed then stop Getting Hands While Playing and that might help.

is there no way for me to delete these duplicates? because it comes up everytime i open pokertracker and start getting hands. It started randomly out of nowhere.. i didn't change anything or add anythign to the processed folder either

The tutorial I linked you to explains how to prevent the duplicates issue.
This happens when there are previous hand history files still in the folder when you start importing - if you move them then you won't see any duplicates.

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. Once we have your log we can try to figure out why it's not working properly for you.

When i click on open data folder, it says error folder doesnt exist in current location.
So i check the folder where PT4 is at and in both the data folders there is no txt file named pokertracker4.

i've restarted PT4 after enable logging multiple times as well.

Now another problem has started where it doesn't show session stats in results or statistics.. :/
problems after problems, i dont understand.. everything was working so smoothly before and was very happy. This is incredibly frustrating
