Hi,

Yes I did set it to active.

I have it set up for player and opponent is none but thats how all the other ones work so I do not see why I should change it for my one.

Any feedback appreciated.

Did that hand go to showdown?
If you use the {cardrange} variable it will only include known hands, and for your opponents that means the hand must go to showdown.

Yes it did go to showdown. I made sure as I obv figured it would have to.

Could you post a screenshot of the note definition as you have it set up and the hand history that isn't matching?

You need to tick Holdem - right now you don't have a game type set for the note to apply to.
