actual money won not matching PT4

On Nov 12th I withdrew my BR, and deposited 100$ to a different skin.
My BR is now at 307$. PT4 reports I won 147$. I did notice yesterday some red lines in the
import status section, thought maybe som ehands aren't being imported to offset this deficit.

If there were any bonuses that you got we wouldn't be able to track those and that could explain the discrepancy (or a portion of it).

30$ bonus accounts for most, wished I checked that first lol
Still 37$ missing and 9 errors that have BB not posted and
Player name error. I double checked all filters are off.

If you send us the hands with errors via our support system we can take a look at them. Another way people can find their numbers not adding up is when they close their tables or poker software mid-hand -- that can cause hands not to be written properly so the results can't be imported (and if you play any kind of speed poker, closing the client right after you sit out will keep hands that aren't done yet from being written also).
