Guys, i realise that you want everybody to buy PT4 and eventually i will, but right now i am still working with PT3 and it's a product that i bought thinking i will get lifetime support (obviously, not for 20 years, but the program is still used by many as apparent by the number of requests in this thread to fix the issue).

Usually, the fix was released fast, right now it's been 5 days since we have no HUD at Zoom tables. Can you please speed up the process? I realise that pt3 users arent top priority anymore, but we still paid full price for the program and we still want support for it.

There will be an update but I can't confirm yet when it will be. Do you have a ticket in for this? That will make certain you get notified as soon as the release is available.

Yes, i have opened a ticket. Waiting, really tough to play without a HUD...

It stoped working after latest ps software update. Does anyone have the same problem?
I really hope it is not going to be as it was last spring when HUD crashes after every update so pt3 was basically useless.

Why do you guys always ask us to open a ticket when THE problem is always THE Same.... Update pokerstars ... Hud down. It has happend at least 5 times before. Stop stalling us... Its pathetic
