No longer tracking SnG's after a purge.

Postby Rez71 » Tue Jan 21, 2014 12:18 pm

I noticed major lag starting to happen with a few errors such as Live amount BB not updating after hands. I had a lot of hands and decided a purge could speed it up and fix it. After trying a purge and getting errors such as "Not Responding", I decided to manually purge the items a few at a time. Once it was purged it started working great. Live amount BB were now keeping up with deals. HOWEVER, Now it is not keeping stats on any tournies or SnG's. It is however keeping track of cash games for my stats. Nothing was changed and I would like to re-download it but have no wish to use my 3rd key yet for this issue. I have played 20 SnG's since purging and have no info on my performance. Any idea whats up with that? As a side note, It is showing hands Ive played under active tables....

Please go to Database > Database Management and click the Rebuild Cache button and this should correct things for you.

Just did the rebuild, then rebooted PT4 and tried a SnG hyper. Cards are showing up in the "VIEW TODAYS' HANDS" however when I click the "T" beside the ($) for my tourny stats, still no info compiling.

If they're showing up in View Today's Hands they are being imported. It sounds like you may have a filter set -- make sure you have the player who is playing selected from the Player drop down in the left hand sidebar and click Clear All Filters and that should get things to a state where you can see the data.

On the left side under my player name in the filter columns I have no option anywhere where I can Reset or Clear All filters. I have no flags checked and the only filter option is More Filters. If I click that and check additional filters. I have Game details, hand details, etc, All of the sub-menus within those menus are "OFF".

OK, I will after I try that after I update. I tried to update and thought it did but my version under help and about is saying version 4.09.1. Since the bug reports are all Version 4.1+. It appears I may not be up-to-date. I will update as I try it.

Alrighty!!! I did the update again and this time it installed properly. All stats are now showing and I'm at version 4.10.6

Sorry for the issue. I should have noticed the version number right away >.<

Thanks for all your time and help because it narrowed things down.
