pokertracker 4 doesnt work

so....

I downloaded the demo one at the official site

i set up my account and asked what client I use, and put poker888 and pokerstar

trial begins

i was expecting it should be automatic as long as tracker is on and i run client(poker888) through pokertracker

and HUD never shows up after playing 10ish hands

in "Play Poker" section, I pressed "Get Hands While Playing"

tried to register myself,

Players - Edit player list - Add new - typed my account and searching nothing

It sounds like your poker sites aren't configured properly -- your player names will automatically appear once some hands have been imported.

Please see our 888 Configuration Guide and our PokerStars Configuration Guide. Pay particular attention to how to set hand histories to save and how to put those directories into PT4.

Please do not spam the forums. It is not necessary. Your duplicate posts have been removed.

It looks like PokerStars is not set to save hand histories. Please follow the portion of the guide linked above on how to save hand histories in PokerStars and make sure that directory is listed in Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> PokerStars and that should fix the problem for you.
