I don't yet have a date for the next PT3 update - PT3 updates are less frequent these days, and PT3 will reach its end of life next summer so we recommend that you update to PT4 for faster updates and new features. The Zoom Hud works in the current version of PT4 - PT4 Download Page.

Keeping updating PT3 normally you could save the clients pool totally. They would buy PT4 this summer without stopping to think.

As for me, currently I've been deciding what to buy PT4 or HM2. Frankly speaking I already use HM2 (eternal trial).

I hv a license for both PT3 and 4.Unfortunately I can't run 4 because the PC I bought to enable me to run PT4 stopped working and I had to return it.

So I'm now stuck with my old junk PC and PT3 which is absolutely useless for Zoom.

I believe it's not a tough fix but somehowthe PT team refuses to support it. I guess all your resources are on PT4 but this is really sad.

Would be good if you could share the man hours required to support such a fix.
To most people, this does seem like PT stalling to force people to upgrade and honestly it's not a good look for your product / company.

Also, i've return my new PC for a few months now and was holding back on purchasing a new one till the summer to geta better system.PT3 was working and supposed to besupported till then so I had no reason to repurchase immediattely.

But now your support cannot even give a timeline on a scheduled fix. That wouldn't even require an hour of thought and planning. No commit whatsover. Basically telling your customers to suck it up and you'll do it when you feel like it.

Makes me regret giving you my money for both licenses.

You can still use your PT4 license on your current machine - the license is good for up to two machines that you own and operate and uninstalling (or formatting or otherwise removing) the installation on a computer that is no longer yours frees up that slot. You can certainly try PT4 on your machine and it should likely work well enough to get you by until you can get a new machine.

You are also not addressing the elephant in the room.
Why claim 'product end of life next summer' when your team is providing absolutely zero support now. No estimated timeline? Even one month after the issue surfaced.

Please address this question instead of trying to solve it using PT4 as the solution.
