Poker Traker (no respond) when I try Get hands from disk

Hi, i have a problem when i try to "GET HANDS FROM DISK" when i select the folder and start the procces the poker traker say (no respond), i try to intall the poker traker again, and the progressSQL last version, but i have this problem anyway.

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

If you didn't already, please also compress the files that you're trying to import and attach those as well.

Hi whiterider, the files i trying to import is abaut 3GB, and i allredy use it in others three computers with the PORKER TRAKER and works good, but now in this new computer when i tried import only one file or a directory the program freezes.

Then the logs should tell us quite a bit and you can feel free to attach the single file you used to reproduce the problem (but I suspect it won't be the cause).

Sry but i dont understant you need the files i want to import zipped?? because to zip all files maibe take me 2 or 3 days there are a lot of files, i dont think this is the problem, but if you need i send a little part of the files...
