PT4 crashing a lot when clicking " get hands while playing "

Hi,

I'm encountering a problem with PT4 on my desktop. Nearly 100% of the time ( without exaggeration ), PT4 completely freezes when I hit the button " Get hands while playing " and I have to Force quit it with Task Manager. Sometimes ( but rarely ) it kind of unfreezes by itself after a few minutes with a Warning message telling me there is a large number of hands that need to be imported if I want the HUD the function properly. I just click OK and then everything works fine again.
I'm also not sure why I'm getting this message because all the hand that i have on my computer are imported in my PT4 database...


I didn't encounter this problem at the beginning of my purchase but now I have this problem for a few days already and hoped that you might know what to do exactly :/
