PT3 question

Hello I have PT3 and I am trying to run it on a windows 8 computer. When I try to connect to the PostgreSQL server it says unable to connect to this database. please check the configuration. i left the default settings and Im not sure how to get PT3 working

You'll need to install PostgreSQL manually. Create a new folder on the root of your C drive like C:\PostgreSQL and install PostgreSQL 9.0 there as explained in this guide. You'll want to use our default password during the installation of "dbpass" or you'll need to change the password when PT3 starts up.
