I also still have the problem and already create ticket.
They tell me that they have reported this to the TableTracker development team to be fixed.
So we should wait now.^^

If you have a problem which prevents you using TableTracker please open a
Support Ticket or reply to your existing ticket when the issue is resolved and we will extend your subscription to compensate for the missed time.

How do you propose compensating an ongoing subscription. The affected months should be refunded.

My subscription is ongoing so needs refunding not extending.
Also I'm getting no updates as to when this issues will be resolved. Any ideas?
