pokertracker bug

eveytime i try to open poker tracker says " a version of poker tracker is already running" i reinstalled poker tracker a couple times and always have the same problem can t open it

i use iMac btw

Open Applications -> Utilities -> Terminal and at the terminal paste in this:
rm ~/.pokertracker4.pid

and then hit enter and you should be able to start PT4 up.
