Maybe I have missed something but PT4 is not taking notes on 0,02 NL Fast tables (Pokerstars) I have about 4000 hands but no notes at all.
Any suggestions?
The report "Players With Any Notes" gives me 607 players with notes but they don't appear in the edit player notes window.

Are you talking about manually entered notes, or NoteTracker taken notes?

I can see the automated notes in the re-player and at the tables but I cannot see the automated notes if I select a player via any report whatsoever. My own notes are listed!
I already regenerated all notes!
Please see pictures of the same player via different selections:
In the re-player:Via report Hero vs Villain

Notes cannot be displayed from right clicking on players in reports because the notes are tied to game and bet types. That said, I agree that we can communicate this better and have done what I can internally to improve this display.

Fair enough and indeed a bit confusing. Maybe another kind of window that omits the lower part (or a message in the lower part.
Thanks for looking into this.

I have a related question: how do you guys go about taking notes on players at zoom tables? I mean, the hand is over, you get moved to another table with other players. Showing the last hand through the poker software doesn't help because the HUD does not show up there.
A little advice please.
Thanks!

Use the Hand History Viewer which is accessible via the Flag menu and you can scroll through recent hands and take notes there.

You can make tags via the top right button in the HHV, but you're right there's no button to take notes at this point. That is in our list to add though and if you'd like automated notification when it's available, create a
support ticket and request to be linked to Bug #3323.
