TableTracker not working

Hi guys...i purchased pt4 a couple months ago and yesterday i subscribed for a month to table tracker...when i go to use tabletracker its says tabletracker is expired...i tried rebooting pt4 and nothing happens i would appreciate the help greatly if you guys have any suggestions....ty...BTW...i was a hm2 user before and while i think both products have their merits...im definitely loving pt4 and will not go back.....thanks
