No longer importing Stars after v4.11.8 update

Hi PT crew,

Since updating to v4.11.8 my Stars HH is no longer importing.

Furthermore, the option to "Stop getting hands" is unselectable and I cannot close PT4 without doing a forced close of the software. I have not changed any settings.

As an aside, my Stars client has become very unstable since their last software update and I am thinking the Football Fever promo may be the cause.

Please try downgrading to 4.11.7 and let me know if that helps -- you can download 4.11.7 here.

If you're playing at 888 as well then reverting to 4.11.7 will help, but otherwise please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can see what is going on. v4.11.8 should be working OK with PokerStars.

OK - downloaded v4.11.7 & whilst installing it I got a prompt saying (words the effect) - "this is an earlier version, do you want to continue ----> Yes intentional, please continue"

I clicked the continue button and nothing is happening - PT is just hanging in a suspended state for more than 10+ minutes.

Now what?

It should start just fine then. If you force quit it and try to open it again does it work the next time?

No it doesn't. Icon is highlighted in the Dock but nothing is happening.

Definitely not working. Can only force quit. Last hang lasted 60mins.

Please create a support ticket and one of our technicians will assist you further. Just downgrading should not be causing this behavior.
