merge hud and import not working

I just DL'ed the trial version for Windows last night and am still having this problem (and thus haven't been able to actually try out PT4). Will this get fixed in the trial version?

With this new update of PT and new update from CarbonPoker today everything is working fine. No issues so far

Where is the new update? My version is 4.11.9 and I went to the download page and the available version is still 4.11.9. Thanks.

I downloaded the update, but still can't seem to import hand histories from Carbon or display a HUD.

There does seem to be a difference with the Mac version - I will notify the development team so that we can get this fixed for the next release. Thanks for letting us know.

Downloaded the update candidate and still nothingon merge

If you're using Windows it should be working (as above, we're aware it isn't fixed on Mac yet) so please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can see what is wrong in your case. Please attach an example hand history file along with your logs (you will need to compress the xml hand history file before you can attach it).

I don't think this is related to Merge - it is a side effect of one of the other changes in the release candidate build. Thanks for letting us know - I have reported this to the development team and I expect it will be fixed for the full 4.11.10 release.

You need to go to our forums in a regular browser not through PT4 in order to download the files.

I just download this fix today and now all my hand histories and HUD is working on Carbon Poker.
Have Windows 7 and this release has fixed the problem I had with nothing working before.\ on Carbon Poker.
Have played (and won) one sit n go and a couple hands of NLHE with no problem.

Hi guys, I have trouble with the popup. When I do a hand replayer for my hands, I click on the stats, nothing seems to be registered for the popup stats. They are all dashes. Please help!

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.
