Stuck configuring the sites

I had many hands that I hadn't uploaded and therefore couldn't get hands while paying. I have attempted to follow the helps instructions and have tried to configure sites via the setup assistant. It has become frozen and will not move past where it's at, although it is not "not responding". Pertinent information is it has uploaded 4.1 million duplicates, found 362 errors and 0 hands, also 81 h/s (even though it's stuck?) Elapsed tie 14:05:10 and remaining time 14:05:10... Unsure how it froze here.

Should I restart or what!? I have had it one for over 14 hours already and was hoping I wouldn't... Thanks for any help.

Also of note: at 1:51 PM it stopped loading more files.
at 6:46 PM it said "Adjusting session stakes ..."
at 11:45 (Which is the next action that took place) it reads "Updating the cache..."

I feel like it's working and I just need to be patient. I hope I am correct.

Yes, that's a lot of files so will take some time - it does sound like it was still running though.

Thanks for the advice to wait. Over 35 hours total, but It finally went all the way and performed a database maintenance and was over. Thanks!
